Chief apostle ministry
Christ is the head of the Church. The Church is led by the chief apostle, together with the apostles. He decides on all matters relating to the Church as a whole, especially in questions of doctrine and pastoral care. In making decisions, the chief apostle may consult with the District Apostle Meeting or other committees established by him.
