Youth care
Church work with young people has a high priority in the New Apostolic Church. The core element of youth care is the personal relationship between each of the youth and their pastoral care providers. Young people should feel included in lively congregational activity, however they are also provided with various additional options such as youth services, youth leisure activities, inter-congregational youth gatherings, and sporting events. A pedagogically sound conceptual model equips the youth leaders to address the manifold expectations of the youth.
